On a chilly winter day in London, I found myself longing for that bowl of clear yet astonishingly flavorful beef hot pot from my hometown. Why not bring Chaoshan's ultimate essence of "freshness" to this inclusive city? But I wanted to do more than just recreate a pot.

Thus, "Niu Hot Pot" was born. We adhere to the principles of "freshness and hand-cutting." Our master cutters, trained in the traditions of Chaoshan's old-school shops, slice each piece of meat as a tribute to its origins. From the perfectly marbled Wu Hua Zhi to the melt-in-your-mouth Snowflake, we want every pair of chopsticks to taste the authentic freshness of China.
